i think its B too.
hemophilia is caused by a point mutation, and its not nearly as severe in people with who are heterozygous for the mutation.

sickle cell anermia is a mutation of malaria. the only protien problem they have is that they do not produce enough of certain proteins. they are not bleeders like people with hemophillia. sickle cell people have high plateletts which means their blood is so thick.
