why carnivorous animal don't suffer health issues(related to eating too much meat) like human do?or they do often die from it and people just don't know it well? they eat meat, fat all the time but don't seem to suffer all the crazy health problems we suffer like heart issue, etc. are their digestive system different than us?

They are specialised for it.
Humans are not. We are omnivores

Because lions, etc in the wild eat fresh, healthy organic meat like wild zebras. They don't eat battery-reared meat pumped full of antibiotics and growth hormones. Eskimos and other tribes of humans eat only wild healthy meat and don't suffer health problems.

The digestive system is quite different than that of human beings. Hence, this phenomena.

Its because of their digestive system and the way they have to live. Most carnivorous animals constantly hunt just to have enough nutrition in their diet, when these animals are taken into zoos the zoos have to add supplements to their diets just to keep them healthy because these animals can't healthily sit around eating all day because they don't get the same amount of exercise in captivity they would normally get in the wild. Their digestive system has also become adept for processing of fats and proteins, while humans are mainly proteins, and grazing animals are designed for plant life.
