John H is right and I'll tell you Why :)
--------
B

A is wrong because your heart is in circulatory system.
C is wrong because your kidneys are part of the excretory system
D is wrong because although the epithelium is part of all glands, organs and systems it serves no direct function in digestion. Some teachers might consider this right but it's definitely a second answer to B. B is a better answer, but technically many organs and glands overlap and could be argued to be in multiple systems.
