Which is easier on a digestive system, canned pumpkin or bananas? substitute for eggs for a sick person?It's my birthday today:)
I have an allergy test thursday and so I have to use simple things to eat cause my stomach is barely handling anything.
I have this milk, gluten and egg free muffin recipe I'm going to do and the egg substitute choices are pumpkin and bananas.
Which would be easier on a digestive system?

It is hard to say.. There could be a lot of different things wrong with you digestive system. Since you don't know it's hard to say which one.

I think that bananas are very good. Good luck ultimately you have a better idea of your problem. Maybe I'd suggest choosing your favourite flavour go crazy it is your birthday.

Bananas. They are part of the BRAT diet used for when you are having intestinal upset.
B - banana
R - rice
A - applesauce
T - toast (or soda crackers), no butter

I think if you are having a allergy test you should not take very much especially if you know you have an allergy. Bananas can be hard to digest. Pumpkin I do not know about. I would have a potato with dressing with whatever filling you know a you can eat. Actually I would stick to dry toast or soup to keep you filled up.
