What other gastrointestinal disorders are there that could be causing my brain fog, fatigue & food allergies?I think I am Celiac, I assume this because whenever I eat gluten I get headachy and irritable, I also get the face blisters that most celiacs get, however I do not get severe diahrea, if any at all, I'm usually constipated. I've remedies the celiac symptoms by staying on a gluten-free diet now for 3 months. I also take potassium magnesium citrate for the constipation, so that is ok. However, I still get lethargy/tiredness when I eat milk, cheese, eggs, potatoes, beef peas and green beans, experience sharp abdominal pain when having a bowel movement (not everytime), dizzyness and brain fog. Other symptoms are a clear gel-like flem that I'm always clearing out of my throat and reocurring yeast infections. I also have low adrenaline production for which I take a small amount of hydrocortisone and anemia for which I take iron. What is going on with me? If you'd experienced these things and have recieved diagnosis let me know.

you could be allergic to a number of things, then just Celiac. You should get a blood test from an allergist for all the things that you feel are allergic to you.

First know that diarehha is not a required symptom of Celiac. For every CD patient you'll find various symptoms. I myself had the constipation not the diarehha.
First off, if u have already started the gf diet, I would go the route of genetic testing, otherwise, blood tests or endoscopies require u to consume gluten again and u may not want to put yourself thru that. U can do genetic testing at www.enterolab.com. I did it for my son and it was awesomely easy and reliable.
You could have multiple allergies, or could still be ingesting gluten and not realize it.
Hope these sites help
