The structures of the digestive system include the oral cavity (mouth), pharynx (throat), esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, rectum, and anus.

Accessory organs related to the digestive system include the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.

I just wanted to make a comment as to what someone else wrote, although the appendix is part of the large intestine, it is commonly associated with the lymphatic system and is made up of lymph tissue.
