What are some signs you may have a digestive track problem?The reason I ask is I often have very red bowel movements and usually feel a lot better afterword as though it was toxic in my body before it came out. I'm not asking this to be funny. I really feel like there may be something wrong with my system. I wonder if I have a slow digestive system becasue I sometimes go three in one day then not for a day.

reddish brown bowl movements sound like blood to me and that could be a GI bleed. You may want to see a doctor.

you have got colitis or large bowel inflammation you need to see a doc and to have stool examination
