Carbon monoxide - you should be more worried about some level of brain damage more than digestive or other problems !

carbon monoxide reduces the bloods ability to transport oxygen around the body
and tar buts a strain on the heart by increasing heart rate and raising blood pressure hence the heat needs more oxygen.
can cause the baby to be born premature, can effect the growth of the fetus i know it can do more damage to an unborn baby as i have wrote an essay on that but i cant remember the information i wrote.
i have to make a power point on smoking for school and i have that information already i'm looking for more too, hope i have helped
