Well by the excretory system i guess you mean where the poo and wee come out. The gastrointestinal system and the genito urinary system.

Some of the diseases that attack your system are Diabetes, Hypertension, and Hepatitus. Hepatitis is an inflamation of the liver, which is another very important organ of the Excretory System. Diabetes is another disease that attacks the Excretory System. It can causes fatigue or Exhaustion of mind or body. Hypertension is high blood pressure and it causes damage to the kidneys, a very important organ of the Excretory System. There is a graph of Stages of Hypertension below.
