What are the best digestive enzymes to take? There are so many digestive enzymes out there to take and i'm trying to figure out the best ones. I am looking for one that helps with the break down of fats in a diet. Someone told me i should try Lipase since i had my gallbladder removed. I went to 2 vitamin stores and one didn't have it and the other had it but it was with other enzymes. Does anyone know any particular names or brands that i could try??? i also heard they should be plant based.

I recommend all natural EZ-Gest and it contains plant-based enzymes and it also supports complete digestion of the fat, protein, and cabohydrates in all foods.

Contains the following enzymes: Lactase, Alpha-Galactosidase, Protease, Amylase and Lipase.
