Both Cows and Rabbits have a large appendix which is used to help digest grass, which forms the main part of their diet.

There is the myth that Cows have four stomachs, however this is untrue. They have one, large stomach which is separated into four parts, the Omasum, the Abomasum, the Reticulum and the Rumen. A Cow's small intestine is larger than the large intestine, as with most mammals.

Rabbits have a much smaller stomach than cows, and their digestive system is much more similar to our own.
