Please I'm scared to death?! :(?SEPTEMBER 25th- I was wearing underwear and me and my fiance were simulating sex....(like dry humping) He did not ejaculate this incident only lasted for maybe 4 minutes if that. (Yes I know pre ejaculate can contain sperm)
PERIODS- I havent missed a period since the incident....October 11th I had my first period since the incident and it started out light brown.....then pink...then red and it was light it lasted maybe 2-3 days this scared me bc I was thinking of Implantation bleeding.........November 7th I had a normal period...3-5 days and heavy...........December 1st I started the progesterone only pill on the first day of this period and it was lighter....and I spotted afterwards Im sure bc of the pill. and 28 days after that period right on time I had my next period.....it started December 27th...and has lasted until today Jan. 1st. Normal period and quite heavy.
PREGNANCY TESTS- I took 6 home pregnancy tests throught out the month of October all were Negative this included a urine test at my primary physicians office. Then I went to my Gynocolegist on November 3rd.....a month and 7 days after the incident for a blood pregnancy test it was also negative.
Doctors Visits: My primary care physician doagnosed me with General Anxiety Disorder and put me on xanax and signed me up with a counselor. My Gynocolegist did my annual exam and prescribed me birth control. During the whole time of stressing I was having BLOATING.....ABDOMINAL CRAMPING.....BACK PAIN.....NAUSEA...this is all the things that scared me and made me paranoid about being Pregnant.Gynocolegist put me on birth control I stopped it 2 weeks later because it was giving me headaches and sore / darker nipples.
TESTS IVE HAD- 7 total pregnancy tests...all NEGATIVE......I had an upper GI to check my digestive system is was normal and I had an abdominal ultrasound to check my Gallbladder not to check my uterus....idk if that makes a difference. My doctors know the whole story of me being scared about preg

Normal side effects of starting the pill. Someone i knew actually went from a B cup to a D cup in 2 months.

One, calm down, you are more than likely not pregnant. Your chances of having 7 false negatives on both urine and blood pregnancy tests are so extremely small that I can't even tell you what the percentages would be.
Two, calm down: The fact that you are stressing so much is affecting how your body is dealing with normal events. Now, there is a false pregnancy syndrome, where you believe that you are pregnant when you aren't, so your body acts like it is. That is also a very rare syndrome.
Three, check back with your doctors, you may need an adjustment on your meds for the GAD, and I would also talk to your OBGYN to see if there is a different birth control you can go on, that doesn't have the side effects that you describe.

Hows your diet. If you are very underweight and stressed this can cause your period to stop.
