Please help: What are some ways to express to my man that I Iove him?To make a long story short, I'm 23 and have been seeing an amazing 24 yr old guy for over 2 months now. I haven't had a huge amount of dating experience, but the ones I did go out with I didn't feel the connection i do with him. We truly enjoy each other's company & he laughs at my dry jokes lol. I fell for him early on, I'll admit. I've only been in one significant relationship but it pales in comparison. It just didn't have the spark or feelings I'm having now.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease (an auto-immune disease, located in your digestive tract) in 2004. I told him of this about a week ago. He was given a chance to leave if it scared him, but he said he will stick by me. He said it doesn't bother him "unless you were once a man." lol. He is a med student so he knows a fair amount about the disease & that I am not on my death bed. I've been in remission for about 3 years, although I do have an occasional bad day (typical with the disease). We were talking one day about how emotional well-being affects my Crohn's Disease greatly (if you're stressed it's usually not that great).. He said "well I hope having me around has made you happy & has had a good effect" etc.. The way he said it was very sweet. The thing is, I'm really bad at putting my feelings into words. I've never really loved anyone, not even my ex. I don't tend to let people get close to me, but I have with him. I'd really like to express to him that he makes me feel very happy, alive, short of saying "I love you." I don't feel quite ready to say that yet. But I am very much in love with him. I just need some help, it doesn't have to be super-mushy though. Any suggestions/advice aprpeciated. He needs to know how much he means to me & how I appreciate him. :)

Make a card saying how much he means to you and how much you appreciate him.
Cook his favorite meal for him
Its the little homemade things that count
You don't need big expensive things to make others happy.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww this is so sweet the guy seems wonders 4 you and nice you are lucky to have that :-) me happy that you have a nice man around you and to me it sounds like pure clean sweet innocent LOVE you need to tell him i just wish valentines day was here lol i know put it in nice words like go to some gift shop and buy him a nice card or one of those i love you magnets or house keeping gifts that have poems i love you romantic wordings me sure he will get it ;-) good luck if possible could you if you get time answer mine.thanks hope i helped x

In instances like these its better to write. If you have problems expressing your feelings, write them down and give it to him when you are comfortable with what you wrote. You can even write them here on yahoo for examination and approval. Make sure when you give it to him the mood is right. Good luck!!!!
