benificial of sun light is that it provides vitamin D for you, harmful side is that it could cause skin cancer.

? Exposure to sunlight can manufacture vitamin D; it can cause overabundance of melanins that causes skin cancer
25. a person's body exchanges and absorbs nutrition quickly
26. It is chewed and partially digested in someone's mouth into bolus - a ball of food. Then it goes down the esophagus in the voluntary process of swallowing. In the stomach chamber acids partially break it down. Nutrition is absorbed through finger-like blood vessels in hte stomach. Wastes are pushed down the intestines and out the anus into the toilet bowl or one's pants.
27. The eye's pupil widens or contracts to get the right amount of light into the retina without destroying the eye. This is an adaptation since it means the eye is responding to a change in environment.
