You should consult your physician as soon as possible as conditions may worsen. There are many organs associated with the lower back in both Eastern and Western Medicine. The list of possible answers to your pain and digestive issues are endless, and you need to seek answers from your doctor. They are the only person qualified to legally diagnose you. You might get some great tips here, but for your health the doctor is the person you need to see right now.
Some things to consider:
- how much water are you drinking in a day?
- any recent changes in diet?
- were you getting enough sleep prior to pain?
- what recent activities did you participate in that might of aggravated this condition?

**If pain is excruciating or extreme, go directly to your local ER or call 911. Your condition may be serious.

It sounds to me that you just have to stretch out your spine. Inversion therapy sounds like it could be perfect for you. Inversion therapy is when you hang upside down with gravity boots or on an inversion table and the weight of your body pulls your spine or elongates it so that your spine can straighten out and go back into alignment and straighten up. This will also fix your posture problem. Once you begin to invert your spine will get used to being straight and will stay that way after a while. If you invert you can also do mini crunches to strengthen your spine and to build the muscles in your back. Inversion therapy is the best thing for you sweetie. Give it a try, you won't be sorry. Here is where you can get some good info. GOOGLE: inversion therapy online health mart and you should find some good info. there. I did. Take care.
