not to my knowledge, there is 'disease' as such, however if you have say, a hernia then a blow to the stomach could severely worsen this condition. Alternately, a powerful enough blow to the stomach can completely wreck your internal organs. That's how Houdini dies (attempting to survive a massive punch to the stomach, he tensed his muscles and received the blow causing mass contraction and the displacement of many vital organs)
