Is garlic harmful to people's digestive systems?I find that garlic helps alot with health problems such as headaches and to stave off colds, but I'd like to know that since I eat it daily, is that doing harm?

Gosh no hun. Garlic is very healthy. Many different ethnic races use garlic in all their cooking and do not have any more health problems than others. Actually they are a little healthier in other areas.

No, garlic is healthy. I eat garlic at every meal myself. I love both garlic and onions...
