check out this site for lymphatic disorders. I had to do a paper similar to yours and it really helped. As far as immune diseases, try AIDS.

yes.Dermatomyositis is an autoimmune disease. I also found a website about the immune system.Read it, and at the end it tells of some diseases that would be good for a school report. You could do one on the disease that the "bubble boy" had. That deals with the immune system.http://kidshealth.org/parent/general/body_basics/immune.html
I also found some info. on ataxia telangiectasia...http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/factsheet/risk/ataxia. I had never heard of this disease...it is bad.However, the only way a child can get it is if both parents are carriers of it.
