Not quite sure of your question.
The Gluten free diet is required for Celiac Disease (Celiac Sprue) and is also helpful for some on the other diseases listed. (many of the other diseases listed are secondary to untreated Celiac and clear up when Celiac is diagnosed.)

Try a colon cleanser like Bowtrol or Perfect Cleanse.
Diagnosing functional gastrointestinal disorders
There is growing recognition of the seriousness and the complexity of the functional GI disorders. Yet individuals affected by these disorders still face challenges in finding adequate care. Many physicians remain unprepared to diagnose and treat patients with functional GI disorders. Most doctors are trained to diagnose and treat conditions that they can see on examination or test. Functional GI disorders are different. This can lead to a negative or confusing patient-doctor interaction. How can this be overcome to result in a positive, practical interaction? In this video Brennan MR Spiegel, MD comments. Dr. Spiegel is Assistant Professor of Medicine in Residence, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, Division of Internal Medicine, Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Los Angeles, CA.
