I have a clinic problem for human anatomy I'm given a patient history and have to find a diagnosis, any ideas?Patient History: 33 year old woman presents with feeling of "trembling" legs and a feeling that she is walking through water. She reports that she felt this way before pregnancy (she has a 6week old daughter) but feels the disorder was in remission during pregnancy. Reports continous muscle spasms, especially at night and a noticable increase in sweating.
The diagnosis must have to do with the muscular system. Any ideas? I keep going around in circles with this.

Very ambiguous symptomatology
This could be anything from anxiety to a unique neurological disorder.
Given the remission during pregnancy I would point you in the direction of:
Hormonal pathology or some form of insulin resistance. Given the biggest clue of gestational remission should narrow down what the professor is fishing for. It should also be something you have actively discussed in your lecture/presence of the instructor as without any testing this can quite literally be signs of hundreds of disorders.
Good luck,

Look up' MS in remission with pregnancy'. One treatment for females with MS was pregnancy as the disease goes into remission during the pregnancy.
