i got a Slow digestive system and i know i am not constipated?it takes long to digest my food i got toilet poop every 2 days and last night i had the worst stomach ache (i didnt get sick) any i dea how to fast it up.....

Add more high fiber foods to your diet. Raw vegetables, oatmeal and other grains, whole wheat bread.

Eat less meats and cheeses.
