How is the human digestive system is designed to eat meat?A question on my homework asks for two reasons but I can't think of any. Is it because we have a long small intestine and a large stomach? And our teeth? I don't think I have my facts straight... Thanks!

Enzymes that will break down meat (proteases)

first you break it down smaller with your teeth then the hydrochloric acid in your stomach makes it smaller.. your small intestine just absorb the nutrients then your large intestine only guides your wastes out of your body.
