How do digestive cookies aid in digestion?
I always thought these cookies were packed with fiber but I read the ingredients and there is little fiber. I also read that they are high in baking soda. How would baking soda aid in digestion?

They contain cellulose which can only be broken down by plants and if animals eat it then the body can't break it down as we call ithis fibre. Fibre helps to keep more water inthe large intestine causing frquent rectal contractions and therefore feces as the end result.
