Help please. (Skeletal System, Muscular System & Integumentary System)? Can you give the:
1. Main functions of the 3 systems
2. Major organs and their functions of the 3 systems
and
3. The common disorders and symptoms of the 3 systems.

THANK YOU!

Skeletal system:
- Its function is to provide the shape and form of our bodies, support, protect, and allow bodily movement. It also produces blood for the body and stores minerals
- The major organs are our bones - their functions are described above
- Some disorders in the skeletal system include leukemia (a type of cancer where while blood cells multiply uncontrollably), bursitis (a disorder that causes pain in the body's joints caused by an inflammation of the bursa, small fluid-filling bags that act as lubricating surfaces for muscles to move over bones), sprains (an injury to a ligament or to the tissue that covers a joint and results in swelling of that part, fractures (broken bones), and spina bifida (a spinal defect that is present at birth - where the spinal cord does not form properly and the vertebrae and skin cannot form around it)

Muscular system:
- This system, along with the skeletal system, allows us to move our body
- There are different muscles in our body: cardiac muscles (involuntary and found in your heart), smooth muscles (involuntary and make up your internal organs), and skeletal muscles (voluntary muscles, muscles you can flex and show off and move our bones)
- Some disorders include arthrogryposis (disorder that is characterized by joint contractures, fibrosis and muscle weakness), myopathy (disorder where muscle fibers don't function properly resulting in stiffness, cramps, and spasms), laminopathy (a genetic disorder where mutations occur in the genes that encode proteins in the nuclear lamina, resulting in dysplasia, diabetes, and lipodystrophy), and diastasis recti (disorder where the rectus abdominis muscle separates into left and right halves)

Integumentary system:
- The functions of this system include roles in homeostasis: protection, temperature regulation, sensory reception, biochemical synthesis, and absorption
- The major organs are the skin, hair, and nails. The skin, being the most important, protects and cushions our organs, as well as providing the body a physical barrier to keep out foreign materials and prevents the body from drying out.
- Some disorders include rashes (where the skin changes color and texture), skin cancer (where the epidermis, the outer layer of the skin, multiplies. Symptoms include redness, scaly lesions or a lumpy feeling around the infected area), athlete's foot (a fungal infection of the skin that primarily affects the foot. Symptoms include scaly, flaky, and itchy skin), sun burn (occurs when live tissue is overexposed to UV radiation. Symptoms include red skin that feels very hot and sensitive to touch), and acne (an inflammatory skin condition caused by changes in the oil glands, clogged pores and bacteria, and results in cysts, a closed sac containing air, or semi-solid material)
