having serious digestive/stomach problems?Im an older guy (54) sharp pains in the upper right quadrant of my stomach, just under the rib cage. Es specially when I eat something spicy or fattening.
Gaseous stool (likr im pooping champagne) horrible foul smelling gas.

It is my gall bladder?
I didnt think the liver has pain sensors

It could be. or the liver....pancreas...

Honestly, the internet is the last place to go to get a diagnosis. We don't have your medical records and we can't examine you. And we aren't trained to.

Please see a doctor, perhaps a gastroenterologist....and lay of the fatty foods. Those ducts in the gallbladder and biliary tree can only handle so much.

Please see a gastrointestinal specialist. It is not possible to diagnose what condition you have based on your brief description. Avoid spicy or fattening stuff.
