For any pregnant mothers who are having problems with digestive system. ANY NURSES CAN ANSWER AS WELL.........?I am fixing to be 26 weeks in a couple of days.. and I have been really sick.. my upper right side hurts (right underneath ribcage) and it travels through my back. This pain lasts about 15 minutes but those 15 min are unbearable. I sweat and I can hardly breath. The last time I had that was 2 days ago and I broke out a sweat like really bad and started to shake. This is really worrying me.. This has also happend to me about 4-5 times in this pregnancy. This one was by far the worse one... and the pain in my back is not lower it's high and the pain is in my right side of upper stomach. nothing to do w/ baby I suppose because once this pains are on.. baby is moving as usual..

Sounds like gall bladder attacks to me. It may at some point require being removed, but I am pretty sure that would have to wait until after you give birth, but I could be wrong.

Totally sounds to me like a gallbladder attack. I would make an appointment with doctor. Seeing as you're still in your second trimester, and depending on how bad it is, they could decide to take it out. Get in asap, as it could be gallstones or a diseased gallbladder.

There are a few things i can think of. 1 you are having a contraction, they can hit in your back some times, but usually don't last for 15 mins straight. 2 the baby is moving and pushing into your ribs. I have you asked your doctor about this, if not i would strongly suggest that you do. Im not a nurse.
