The excretory system is the kidneys and bladder, not the colon.

Excretory system is generally considered the urinary tract, though the bowel and even sweat systems are also excretory.
Diseases range from congenital problems to infection to cancer to system failure to trauma and far beyond. Symptoms and treatment are as wide as the list I just gave you.
You likely should do a search for urinary tract diseases and simply learn for yourself, instead of asking here. You'll get a lot more information that way, and get a much better grade.
