Does working out after eating disrupt the digestion process?Ok, The first thing I do in the morning when I wake up is have a nice healthy breakfast. Then about 40 minutes later I go workout. So, I was wondering, does working out after I eat mess up the digestion of the food?If so, how long should I wait after eating to workout. I cant workout before I eat beacuse if I havent had breakfast, then I have ABSOLUTELY NO ENERGY.

Professionally speaking you should exercise 2hrs after meal because you might experience nausea and feeling to vomit as well as you might have appendicitis.

You should wait at least one hour after your meal before you work out. Because eating before you exercise may make you feel extremely uncomfortable, and make the food harder to digest.
