Digestive Tract Diagnosis Anyone?

Digestive Tract Diagnosis Anyone? For about 3 weeks now I have been having some issues in my Digestive System. My symptoms are: Diahrea (everything I eat goes straight through me), Nausea, Pain (muscular it seems) between shoulder blades and down the middle of my back, Sharp pains under my ribcage and right side of belly as well as across my upper and lower abdomin, and bad cramps throughout my stomach.

I had an ultrasound done on my Pancreas, Liver, and Gallbladder which all came back fine and now I'm waiting on some blood work to come back to test for a "Bacterial Infection"? Please someone tell me what I may have going on because the doctor is pretty much scratching his head on this and referring me to a stomach doctor. I am taking 300mg Rinitidine 1 BID and Reprexain 10/400mg 1 BID.

Has anyone else dealt with anything like this and could someone tell me what diagnosis I'm likely to get?

Does everything you eat go right thru you? Has your doctor checked you for Crohn's Disease or Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)?

There is also an interaction with the two drugs you are taking. You shouldn't be taking them together.
ibuprofen ⇔ ranitidine
Applies to: Reprexain (hydrocodone/ibuprofen), ranitidine

H2 antagonists may alter the disposition of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), resulting in increased or decreased plasma concentrations. Data are varied, even for the same NSAID. The mechanism may be related to inhibition of metabolism, changes in gastric pH that decrease absorption, and/or reduced urinary elimination. Statistically significant changes have been small and of limited clinical significance. Clinical monitoring of patient response and tolerance is recommended.

I know the medical jargon is hard for you to understand, but you can give this info to your doctor.

The ranitidine can increase your chances of getting pneumonia, which could explain the chest and rib cage pain. This drug is used to treat ulcers, which is caused through too much acid in the stomach.
The other drug is used for pain releif and believe it or not actually caused stomach ulcers. So is a catch 20 really. Have a look at the sites below so you know what you are taking and how it is affecting you.
Try switching to a whole food diet of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of filtered water. Aloe vera taken interally would also benefit you. Make sure it has the IASC seal of approval and a shelf life of no more than 12months. Be wary of bottles that have over 95% aloe vera as these have too many preservatives in them.
Good luck and I hope this has helped you.
