2 fiber is needed because it gently scratches the intestinal wall and that inturn secretes a mucus that aids digestion
3 Crohns disease- its an immune disorder that causes white blood cells to attack the intestine like there is an infection there but there is not (believe me its incredibly painful) diet restrictions are no fiber raw fruits and veggies no popcorn or nuts.
colitis- similar to crohns
