Digestive problems.. bathroom trouble?I know that when you eat corn it doesnt digest. It comes out whole in your poop. But also when i eat peas lettuce green/red peppers beans rice... They come out in whole form or partial form. I also usually poop right after i eat, and seem to poop out what i eat only an hour to two hours after i eat. I know this sounds fake and un believable but its the truth. And it concerns me cause i know it isnt normal... Any answers? Whats going on with me?

sounds ok - especially if your not in any pain. you might want to seek advice from your gastroenterologist.

The corn "shells" come out whole, but the corn itself does get digested. You seem to have a very high fiber diet - which is fantastic. And you're pooping regularly - which is also fantastic.
Unless you're losing weight unintentionally, this all seems very healthy to me.

Ideally, poop should be brown, soft, regularly timed (2x daily or every other day or somewhere between), and formed. You're right that you can tell a lot about somebody's health from their poop. Gross, but true.

It is better for your health and digestive system to chew your food thoroughly. People should chew 32 times, thats alot if it is mushy though but you ge the point.
Food must be broken down by chewing, then when your body takes over, it breaks the food into a liquid to give your blood the proper nutrients, then the rest is pooped out.
Makes sure you chew your food to get the nutrients, this will also help your poop problem.
