Digestive problem and Stomach Problems HELP!!!?I've been having a problem with my stomach for some time now. For some reason I constantly feel like there's a gas bubble in my upper tummy. If I press there i feel discomfort. It gets bloated for no reason. I think it's just gas accomulating in my stomach, or maybe air? Well anyways I need to know how to cure this please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Btw this does not relate to menstrual cycle or pregnancy.

Digestive problems usually relate to bowel movements. If yours are normal then there's not much reason to be concerned. Normal would be no long bouts of diarrhea or constipation.
You don't mention if you're gassy either like burping and passing gas. Sometimes if that happens a lot along with diarrhea then a person may be lactose intolerant and/or eating foods high in fat.
I'm concerned that you feel discomfort and like it's always there. It's something you should mention to your doctor the next time you see them just to be sure.

Stomach problems are always related with poor digestion. You need to improve your digestion. Stay away from some foods which cause bloating and gas as beans and pulses.
