Digestive Help? and how long does it take for Phillips Colon Health to start working?I have been having major stomach issues mainly digestive issues. Constant indigestion, constant bloating, sometimes constipation- and i have been taking Colon Health for about a week now. How long does it take to regulate your digestive system?? Please help, i need some type of relief.
I have also seen 2 doctors and have gotten 2 different blood tests and a breath test to test for stomach infections so I might just have IBS- unless it could be my gall bladder.
Anyways if any of you have these problems and have gotten relief please help!!

I have all of those symptoms and I have gallbladder disease and have to get it removed. Also if you have pain in your chest and right under your ribcage and into your back that could be gallbladder. But have the doctor test you, it could just be IBS, I thought I had IBS until I developed constant heartburn.

Just came back from the doctors myself, and all due to the same issues you have.
IBS is a nightmare to deal with, and you have my sympathy. What I do suggest is that you see a dietitian to rule out food intolerance's. It would also be a good idea that you cut out greasy foods, breads, and drink plenty of cooled boiled water.
You need to know what you eat isn't making you worse, because what may be healthy for one person, could be bad for your bowel. Cut out the coffee, sodas and when you need to go to the toilet, then go there and then, and don't hang off.
Take it easy and try not to worry, but don't suffer in silence either.
