Describe the role of 4 complementary therapies in relation to orthodox treatments.?I need to describe the roles of four complimentary therapies in relation to orthodox treatments. I need to talk about whether it is therapeutic or diagnosis, What type of disorder it is, Whether it's part of the digestive or endocrine system, if it is a cardio-respiratory disorder and whether it is a psychological disorder.

Please help me, because this is part of an assignment for college and I'm finding it very difficult.

I think you might get more help on this if you break it down into more parts and ask on part per question

also be sure to explain it better,

I wanted to help but it was hard to understand what you needed and overwhelming in its complexity and I think that is why you are not getting answers

like when you say four complimentary treatments do you mean four different alternative ways to treat the same diagnosis or disease

what do you mean when you say is it therapeutic or diagnosis??

Maybe if you break this down and just ask a little at a time and explain that section better as to what you are needing you might get more help.

Sorry I could not be more help

To the other answerer, Janie, if you don't know the difference between a therapy and a diagnostic technique, then stop trying to answer medical questions. You are clearly undereducated in that regard.

Here's the big reason your question is hard to answer. Complimentary and alternative therapies usually don't claim to treat or diagnose just one specific disease. Instead, that single technique or treatment is claimed to diagnose and/or cure any and all possible diseases. That's the hallmark of alternative therapies, the believed cause and the cure of any disease is usually an incredibly simple explanation, that was "invented" by a non-scientist. It usually includes mythical and unscientific terms like "energy", "chi", "aura", etc. For example, chiropractic spinal adjustments are claimed to cure any disease through restoring a special "innate intelligence".

The short answer that you should say in class is this..."The role of complimentary therapy is to separate you from your money, while providing a false sense of comfort".

By the way, what type of college is this? Just curious...
