dairy products and human digestive system?has the human body properly adapted to consume dairy products? ive heard that cows have only been domesticated over the past 2000 years and the human digestive system hasnt adapted to consume dairy products properly, is this true or is it just a bunch crap like a lot of other things ive heard?

People have been drinking dairy products lifelong for thousands of years. If they couldn't digest it properly, they wouldn't keep drinking and eating dairy, because it would lead to health problems or at the very least, an upset stomach.
Having said that, some groups seem to have adapted away from being able to tolerate dairy. You've heard of lactose intolerance? People with that condition can't digest the sugar in milk, and it leads to bloating, gas, and I think diarhhea.
Some people contend that we're healthier without dairy. Some people find that cutting it from their diet removes symptoms and conditions. That doesn't mean all of us need to do that.
I can't cite studies on the subject, though they may well exist. If you do want to review such studies, make sure they were done by reputable sources in a valid scientific manner.

Interesting question. Our ability to break down the sugar, lactose, found in dairy products, declines with age. Lactase deficiency or a decrease in the amount of lactase enzyme , can start in childhood. We are the only mammals that continue to drink milk past the weaning years. So, the more we age the less able we are to tolerate dairy products. This might not be the case for all though. There are some infants who are not able to tolerate the protein in milk when fed milk (casein) based formulas. They present with entercolitis. So, for a lot of ppl, our bodies aren't fully adapted yet.

Bunch of CRAP..........like 99% of the nonsense spewed as gospel by the ignorant.
Cattle had been domesticated nearly ten times that!
Lactose intolerance is RARE!

I hate to disagree with Dr DE Bunk, but it depends what population you're talking about.
Lactose intolerance is only rare in populations, such as Europeans, people of the Middle East, and the Masai in Africa, who have been drinking milk for thousands of years. It is quite common among the Chinese.

That's true. Humans can digest dairy products but not perfectly. People develop lactose intolerance as they get older because of consuming too much dairy. Essentially cows milk is meant for cows and breast milk for humans (to a certain age), not humans technically we aren't really supposed to eat dairy but we do for the vitamins and such. Our bodies do a decent job of breaking it down but its not perfect.
