Best dog food for dog with digestion problems who is picky?I have a picky bichon; we tried giving her Innova Evo but she couldn't digest the food and started pooing and vomiting blood.

We tried her on blue wilderness, and she is almost finished the bag, but she won't eat the lifesource bits and I have tried everything

What is a good dog food with lower protein that she wont have problems digesting?

Preferably something 5-6 stars on dog food reviews. Thanks.

The food dogs digest most easily is their natural food - raw meat. If they have a sensitive stomach fish and chicken and eggs will be best.

I'd definitely try out a prey-model raw diet with her. Start with chicken, bone-in breast would work well, with extra skin and fat removed. That should be bland enough to begin. You can slowly move on to other meats and organs from there.

For dogs with sensitive digestive systems, I really like the Nutro Natural Choice Chicken Meal, Rice, & Oatmeal Formula. It is very gentle on their stomachs, and most dogs love the flavor. Nutro doesn't use any artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, artificial preservatives, fillers, or animal by-products in any of their foods, so this just makes it a healthier, more easily digested food.
