no. the circulatory system. Hemophilia is a lack of a blood clotting factor and sickle-cell anemia affects african-americans. Its when the rbc is shaped like a crescent moon and it can get caught 'hooked' on other cells and cause a clot among many other problems.

no they are both genetic disorders. Sickle-cell anemia is most common in African Americans and effects your blood cells. Hemophilia is also a blood disorder which is a sex-linked trait (most common in males).
