the second one seems worse, but i would feel a lil more sorry for the 1st one cuz if you have the 2nd one, that means youve been like drinking or doing meds.

Eh they both sound painful with similar symptoms but im gonna go with Gastritis cause of the "erosion" sounds... more worse.
