Where is the best place to buy digestive supplements?I live in L.A. and want to find some good alternative supps/therapies for my digestive problems - I feel very gasy and bloated a lot (I know, TMI!) I've heard ginger, digestive enzymes, and cardamom.

Just buy some acidophillus capsules at your local store or eat yogurt with active cultures daily to get you digestive flora back on track.

You can get a bottle containing digestive enzymes from Puritan's Pride Vitamins (see their website).
That's where I bought mine.
I hope you have ruled out Lactose intolerance first.
Lactaid is a single enzyme tablet containing lactase enzyme that you take before you eat any dairy. Since Dairy products can cause your symptoms, maybe you don't need the full-spectrum enzyme treatment. Most people make plenty of digestive enzymes, the most common one they can lack is lactase.

I do not live in your area but wanted to tell you about something my family has been using for years; papaya is a phenomenal enzyme and will help your digestive tract...you can purchase it at any vitamin/natural health food store (Here at home we buy it at GNC or Vitamin World)..hope this solves your issue... best of luck to you
