Where can I find an article supporting semen being good for the skin and digestive system?I heard it is good because of iron, Calcium, phosphorus and vitamins but I want to see it in writing.

Lol. I've heard that it was good for your skin.
But not for your digestive system, I thought it was pack loaded with protein.
