What is good to take to help your digestive system?I have a really lazy stomach/digestive system (gastroparesis) and I have been looking for some herbal supplements or even a shake I can make that will help my food go down better.

I have had this medical condition for a while and will try ANYTHING at this point.

i don`t know the answer but i know that the bacteria in yogurt is good for the digestive system. (as part of the cousine i grew up with, plain yogurt has a great place on the table (used in cooking or eaten along with food in the meals either plane or with a mixture of shredded cucumber, mint, salt and garlic)or (drunk along with meals in place of juice diluted with water and adding salt.) I actually make my own yogurt too.Anyways just wanted to give you an idea.you can google and find out how much it can actually help with your digestive problems.

Oregano Oil is outstanding at improving digestion! But there are other things that can help. Ginger works pretty good, so doe a good ole cup of green tea! Coconut Oil is helpful. I take Oregano Oil, Coconut oil and green tea. And they do help alot. Apple Cider Vinegar is wonderful at balancing the PH of your stomach, thus pretty much curing heartburn! But personally, I believe that the 100% pure Oregano Oil diluted with a little olive oil is the best natural remedy for digestive problems. It totally destroys candida (yeast) and it generally will kill all the bad bacteria and viruses and leave the good germs alive. But I'm sure you will hear different opinions. And not all remedies work the same for everyone. It is important to note that with natural remedies you run the risk of allergic reaction just like with anything else. So be wise about whatever you choose to do. GOOD LUCK!

do things the natural way. start morning walk for 45 minutes to one hour. on empty stomach, brisk walk.not to worry about perspiration. come back take rest, bring your body to normal temp. have one medium size tomato, kept out of fridge to come down to room temp. eat or drink after 30 minutes. most of stomach problems can be solved by tomato. in your condition it may few weeks for tomato to start its action. continue with your regular medicines. can u go for slow walk after dinner for 10 to 15 minutes? tried and tested by Ayurveda
