I would say a bendable straw would look like a colon & mini marshmallow like teeth.

You could buy an animal liver, kidney, heart in the grocery store or
butcher shop.
You could use cotton balls and form a tooth like shape or a piece
of hard kernal corn, painted white.
A slinky toy wrapped with fabric could resemble an esophagus
or even the intestines; if the slinky was stretched out.
A balloon that isn't completely blown up could resemble a small
gallbladder, or an egg painted a certain color.
You could use clay dough to form a tooth, pancreas,salivary glands
or tongue.
You could buy a can of kidney beans, they look like small kidneys.
