What do i feed my border collie if he has digestive issues and intestinal surgery in the past?He is ok now, just coughs sometimes and seems like he has stomachaches

What digestive issues? If he's got medical problems, your vet or better yet, a canine nutritionist, can answer this question.
Nobody here knows exactly what your dog's problems are so nobody can help him. If he "seems like he has stomach aches", he's definitely NOT ok.

Lamb chicken and rice mixtures are very nutritional and very easily digestible. My dog gets an acid stomach and these foods are what I give him....and he's in very good shape...healthy.
