What are some reasonable ways to get a healthy digestive system?Since, I was little I was lucky to have one bowel movement a week. I notice things that have decreased in my body such as my lovely skin is going down my boobies are going down but my digestive tract is getting worse. What can I do at 30 to turn it around. FYI. I eat one salad every day and consume aqua. So, what else can I do?

Try "Activa" it's a yogurt that you eat once a day. It really does help!

as the other answerer said, Activia yogurt. it can help, but was not strong enough for me.

what i now take (for months now because its so great) is Align. its a pill, probiotic supplement. think Activia,but stronger. its amazing and i dont have any problems anymore. its $ 30 a month

Eat "Fiber One" bars! They come in flavors like oats & chocolate and they contain 35% of your daily fiber in one bar. In fact, I just ate one. =D "Activia" yogurt also works, but only if you eat it every day for a week or two. Make sure you're getting enough fiber -- some cereals have a lot of it, as do some vegetables. Keep drinking that water! Dehydration won't help. Hope it works! =D

I think you should stop eating meat immidiatly because when you don't poop everyday, the meat rots inside you and that makes worms, which is something you really don't want. I would suggest getting at least 25 grams of fibre into your diet, if it's really bad, I suggest you get a colonoscopy, and find out what's really happening.
