What are malfunctions in the organ system?For a project, i need to describe what would happen if something went wrong with this system.

Do these malfunction need to be genetic? A disorder? Permanent? Or simply temporary?

Here are some general 'malfunctions'
Immune- transplant rejection
Digestive- Heartburn
Excretory- Kidney Stones
Skeletal- Bunion
