I don't think the mouth counts as an organ, so I'll skip that... top 4 would probably be stomach, intestines (if you count the whole thing as 1 organ), liver, and pancreas. The stomach grinds food, the pancreas provides most of the enzymes needed to digest it, intestines absorb the nutrients (mostly the small intestine), and the liver filters, processes, and packages and delivers it to the rest of the body. In terms of what is absolutely necessary, you need at least most of the small intestine to absorb anything, and you need the liver; you can actually do without a stomach, and in a pinch, you can replace your own pancreatic enzymes with ones in a pill.
