What are the different contagious muscular system diseases?

Muscle diseases are called " muscular Dystrophies". There are way too many muscular dystrophies to list here, and as far as I know, most of them are genetic or caused by accidents, etc. Not contagious! If you find out otherwise please let me know!

Trichinosis is one. You eat some pork with some worm eggs in it, the eggs hatch, develop into larvae and migrate through your own veins and arteries to settle in your muscles. Here is more info:

Polio is contageous. When I was at university one of my colleagues contracted it from a friends babys' nappy.
