Terrible and Urgent Digestive Disorders?I have been having a number of digestive problems for a while. My main complaint has been severe, chronic constipation which just doesn't seem to go away. I've tried vitamin C, magnesium, increased water and fiber and exercise, even abdominal massage. All that stuff. I have to flush myself out each night with a plain-water enema or I get severely backed up, and when that happens I get bloated and lose my appetite and get cranky because I can't focus.
Well when I go to flush myself out I had always noticed a good deal of undigested food, mainly fibrous things like vegetables and such. Well lately (as in for the past week or so) my stool has been pale to white in color in some areas and I have had a good deal of mucus in my stool that is clearish yellow.
I went to the doctor a few times and he tested me pretty extensively and everything came back in the normal range, but that was before the mucus and everything. What can I do?

Go get a second opinion because this is not the normal range of things.

Try the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for a few months and see if that makes you feel any better. I have IBS and this is the only thing that keeps me regular. Basically cut out wheat, milk, starch and grains from your diet and see if it improves things.
Of a morning I also put about 8 prunes in a bowl and cover them with water. Then I microwave them for 1 min and eat for breakfast and this also helps a lot. Oh and if you can have a morning coffee (not instant though) with the prunes it will help you even more.
For breakfast I mash a banana and an egg and fry it like a pancake on low heat and then add honey or a little butter. For lunch I eat salad or eggs and for dinner I eat a serve of meat with vegetables. Try it for a week at least and see if you have any improvement. I have also started eating goji berries (about a handful a day) and I find that they also keep me regular. I feel for you...been there.

Your age? Your gender? Any other medical history? Any surgery before? Any other symptoms? like pain? Any stomach problems?
I need the abdominal X-ray / CT-scan result, do you have any? If not, you should check for it.

Definitely revisit your doctor. The symptoms you are describing are not normal, and certainly warrant further investigation and testing, even if some has been done before. False-negatives, particularly early on in illness, are not unheard of. If your regular doctor draws a blank, don't hesitate to get a second opinion or visit a specialist.
In particular, the pale stool and presence of mucus concerns me. Coupled with your past complaints of chronic constipation and digestive problems, I suspect possible Celiac disease (gluten intolerance). Please don't take this as diagnostic, however - as obviously I am not your doctor and have no idea what your tests are like. It could be many other things - from IBS to allergy to Chron's disease. You will need to see a physician to be sure.
