Pregnancy and digestive trouble....anyone else feel this way?So I am 27 weeks pregnant and this is my second pregnancy. I am 32 years old. The last pregnancy I had was over 11 years ago!

It seem like all I do is burp and feel bloated. I feel like I am not hungry because Im bloated up with gas then once I burp 100 times I feel starving but then I think I eat more then I should feeling so hungry.....so then my stomach gets too full.

Right now I am sitting at work and just listening to my full stomach make really loud noised of Gas moving inside my intestines....UGH! So uncomfortable. I don't know what to eat or not eat to help this situation!

make yourself eat smaller meals

I had this and sometimes still do. You really need to train yourself to eat those smaller meals and not over eat. I would eat a small serving and wrap up the rest and eat it when I felt hungry again and I went strictly to water for my choice of drink. I love dairy, but I realized that when I drank milk or ate foods with a lot of dairy is when I'd get the most gas and bubbly feelings in my chest (making me burp like crazy) I also eat rolaids like they're going out of style, these seem to help a lot as well.

When I used to eat a full serving at lunch and dinner I would actually get sick, I decided after a handful of times of vomiting that eating the full meal was not worth it. My doctor agreed with me.

As far as eating, I just cut back on dairy, went strictly to water (Ice cold). Eat snacks that are dry and not greasy and half size portions at meals. I know it seems horrible, I love food (Good food) but I'd rather be sitting here without a belly ache then eating all the delicious foods I want. =(
