is it true that stomach/digestive problems cause pimples on the cheek area?ive been breaking out in HUGE cystic pimples on my cheek and jaw area. is it b/c of stomach/digestive problems?

never heard that. ive had some stomach problems and i have always and still do have great skin.

I have heard and read that having a "dirty" colon can cause a multitude of problems, including acne. If you are having digestive problems, it's possible that your body is reacting in an outward way. I suggest you try to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and no sugary foods. It might also be a good idea to have an enema performed to try and flush out any rotting or decaying food that might possibly be stuck in your colon and causing your health problems. On the other hand, you can get pimples on your cheek and jaw line from sleeping with a dirty face on a dirty pillowcase. Try to wash your face at night and change your pillowcase once a week.
